Our area can also be discovered through its culinary specialities : l'Aiguillon's famous "Moules de Bouchot" and the equally famous "Vendée-Atlantique" oysters, served with chips made with Noirmoutiers potatoes; and don't forget "mogette" beans served with Vendée ham.
