"René Couzinet" holiday centre
The "René Couzinet" holiday centre situated near to the Town Hall belongs to the town of l'Aiguillon sur Mer and has been managed since 2006 by the Fédération des Oeuvres Laïques de la Creuse (F.O.L.23).
The "F.O.L.23" welcomes various groups:
- School trips to the seaside
- Holidays for children and teenagers
- Facilities for mentally handicapped visitors
- Sports clubs
- Retirement homes
- Family gatherings
- ... and others
Various possibilities are offered, from full-board to bed-only, as well as room rentals. Bookings are all managed by "F.O.L.23".
The site has been fully renovated and can accommodate 93 people, mostly in bunk-beds. Most rooms have their own bathroom facilities.
There are two outside areas for games and relaxation.
The holiday centre is well situated, near shops and the market, and a few steps away from the lakes and the port.
The beach and shops of La Faute sur Mer are only 3 km away, accessible via a footbridge with an excellent view of the Lay estuary.
If you wish to organise a week end with your club, with friends or with family, the holiday centre team is available to give you further information, show you around and estimate prices according to your needs.
The team will help teachers plan their stay according to their objectives and budget. (Please note that each group will have the use of their own wing should another group be present at the same time.)
